Changing the front sprocket with a larger one will result in better top end, and a smaller rear sprocket will have the same effect, however acceleration will be lost when top end is gained and vice versa.

Once a homeowner is behind on their mortgage payment, they can expect a lot of harassing calls from their bank. Unfortunately, that isnt the worst of it.

The difficult part for the homeowner is that once you get more than 30 days late the bank requires full payment of all monies in arrears. So lets say a person hasnt made a payment for a couple of months and you manage to scrape together the 2 months mortgage payments of $4,000 and you call your bank to let them know the good news. But what you hear is the bank saying “Hey you know that $2,000 monthly mortgage and you know how you owe us 2 months worth of payments, right? Well you actually owe us $4,500 because youre two payments late and were not going to accept anything less than full payment on all monies that are past due. Oh, and by the way there are some penalties and fees and things were going to add onto that, so thats why you need to send us $4,500 to get back in our good graces. If you dont send us this amount, were going to go forward with foreclosure proceedings and take your home from you.”

And rightly so, that freaks people out. Most families typically cant come up with two or three or four times their monthly payment in one lump sum. If they try to send monies in that are anything less than that full lump sum amount, the bank will usually, quite literally, send the person the check back. If the person says, “Hey all I can do is come up with one month payment. Ill send you the $2,000 plus fees, so Im going to send you $2,400.” and they send in the check and the bank is more than likely not going to cash it and they will send it back to the homeowner.

With the banks refusing to take partial payments the bank will then often proceed into the next stage of the foreclosure process. Typically after 3 or 4 months that have gone by without a payment, the bank at that point is going to legally file against the homeowner and submit a legal document to the homeowners county recorders office. The document is what is called a Notice of Default (NOD). This takes the homeowner one big step closer to losing their home.

KEYS will place qualified applicants into Kimco shopping centers with one year of free rent and additional benefits such as affordable property charges to minimize initial overhead; access to personal Kimco retail business counselors; a flexible four-year lease option after the first year; as well as access to shop space in established retail centers. In addition, Kimco says that it will provide operational and financial support through the critical startup incubation years to better ensure the success of these first-time business owners.

Kimco has developed relationships with established educational organizations such as SCORE, the California Small Business Development Center, Kauffman FastTrac, and others that offer business resources and networking support.

The KEYS program seeks entrepreneurs who plan to open their first store, restaurant, or other concept (but not franchise companies), who have adequate funding for the venture, a written Business Plan with detailed business goals and who have the ability to articulate their plan for success in an interview. A certificate, endorsement, or letter of completion verifying entrepreneurial classes completed from an SBA sponsored business association, college, university or appropriate training organization is encouraged, but not required.

An Exchange Server Alternative For Small Business

For the business user, the main advantages to working in a company that has an exchange server are:

1. File sharing
2. Access to email from any configured computer
3. Contacts access
4. calendar syncrhonized and shared between all employees

Essentially it means the office worker can use any configured computer to access his or her files, emails and calendar. The company will often configure a laptop and provide remote access so the member of staff can also work from home or while travelling and still have complete access.

The problem with this kind of product when it comes to a small or mid sized company, is that it requires someone to manage it and there is a huge cost, in terms of both initial cost and ongoing expenses.

So if you manage a small business and you want your employees to have a high level of flexibility i.e. to be able to telework or while travelling, or even to hotdesk at the office, you will need an exchange substitute.

There are two alternatives which will offer you many of the features of Exchange without the expenditure.

The first is a hosted exchange server. The second is the Easy-Email synchronization solution plus file synchronization software.

A Hosted Exchange server is a great solution. You get almost all the advantages but you are spared the resource cost and management time. You simply pay according to the number of users. This allows for quick expansion so as the business grows you just increase a user.

Easy-Email is a fabulous alternative for small firms.
Its an email sync answer set out in the form of a series of guides that you, or an IT professional you hire, can follow. It will sync a users mail and contacts on their desktop, laptop, home computer, pda or netbook. In addition it will allow them to manage their email from any other computer via Gmail.

The Easy-Email solution is incredibly good value compared to any other alternative solutions It’s just $67 US for the Advanced Guide to Outlook and you can get all of your staff set up for this fee!
The disadvantage in comparison with exchange is that there is at present no shared calendar so you will need to use a google calendar or similar.

And in terms of shared files and folders its really simple. Set up Dropbox. Dropbox provides you with a system of shared folders that are all automatically sync’d via the internet but they are also stored on the computer so you dont have to be online to access the files. You can select which people have access to which folders and the first 2GB of storage space is free (and it’s very reasonable after that).
